Examples of nice things people have said about us and the difference we have made.
“Your blogs and vlogs have really inspired me and gave me the confidence to get involved in the networks, to change the long-standing culture of top-down hierarchical leadership and make the most of the new networks.”
Dr Atkinson, CD Central Cheltenham PCNThe Berkeley Place Surgery has “...reduced the demand for GP appointments and made some efficiency savings in our administrative processes” as a result of working with us.
The Jenner Practice, Lewisham, identified that they have created capacity in the system, a meaningful decrease in workload and an increase in staff satisfaction. “I cannot speak highly enough of the team: integral to the projects has been the co production of an effect change management framework which we continue to use on a daily basis. The [team] have brought a new understanding of data utilisation to our practice, helping us to evaluate quality improvement processes with a subsequent creation of capacity within the system. Their work in fostering an environment where questions are encouraged and solutions are co produced with both staff and patients has led to a meaningful decrease in practice workload and increase in staff happiness and satisfaction.”
“Your [work] enabled us to evaluate the organisation as we transitioned from start-up phase to being fully operational in a different manner to what had been considered before and provide us with a clearer direction.”
Dr Vish Ratnasuriya MBE Chair, Our Health Partnership“The impact that this has had on my network is that even in this early stage I have realised that the leadership has to be distributive and so have appointed a network manager and a deputy clinical director as well as giving the practices in the network responsibility. For example, one of the seven practices is managing the finances while another provides our admin support. Without this learning I would have already been feeling burnt out with the multiple demands placed on clinical directors and I may have stepped down from the post.”
Dr Hussein, CD Newham PCN.“Working with them has been an absolute pleasure, they really understand primary care. They have worked with complex data sets and helped us to interpret them in a meaningful and very clear way. It’s supported discussion throughout our team and helped us to make informed changes to our systems. Their visual presentation of data has been excellent. It has been particularly useful to be able to look at our data in comparison with other practices and their flexible approach in identify patterns has been both refreshing and extremely helpful.
