Where to start in PCNs

Understanding the work of Primary Care Networks starts with knowing what’s going on in General Practice -whose needs are being met and who is missing out; how is general practice organising itself to make the most of what it has to offer. From there we can work out what can be better managed by collaborating in a PCN, particularly exploring the complexity of needs that can only be met together.
