Course Overview
Who is this for
This programme is for leaders who are establishing INTs in their ICB or place. Leaders access the workshops and can also access Executive Guidance and Coaching. We have PCN CDs with their local VCSE and Community Trust colleagues joining the programme so far.
In addition we can provide Team Coaching for the Integrated Neighbourhood teams as you establish them.
Programme Delivery
5 days face to face with optional online coaching
Optional Additional Learning and Development
(a) 1:1 Coaching online or face to face – 3 sessions of 2 hours.
(b) Team Coaching – 6 x 2 hour sessions with your team plus one day of support for your teams data inquiries.

Venue TBA - Likely Midlands / Bristol with easy access to train and motorway network.

Fees
Fees for the Course: £3,000 per head +VAT inclusive of lunch and refreshments for the in person workshops.
Optional additional learning and development activities:
(a) 1:1 Coaching online or face to face £1,500 +VAT
(b) Team Coaching per team. £3,900 +VAT
