INT Development Programmes
We have just finished our first cohort of our INT Development Programme. Featuring a mixed group of 25 dedicated senior professionals from VCS, GP, PCN, Local Authority and community nursing services.
The development programme is designed to support and develop leaders tasked with contributing to or leading INT development. It was focussed on practical application, without compromising on the strategic thought, evidence, rigor and ambition required to make a difference to patients and their carers, communities, staff and the wider system.
The evaluation was fantastic and it has made a real difference to INT development for the participant host systems. We have already been commissioned for two more cohorts. The full evaluation can be seen here:
